Washington Attorney general Bob Ferguson commented outside the Federal District Court in Seattle the decision by Judge James Robart which temporarily blocked President Trump’s executive order on immigration:
“It is obviously a historic decision, an important one for the rule of law, for the people of the State of Washington and for the people of this country. I said from the beginning: it is not the loudest voice that prevails in a courtroom, it’s the Constitution. Judge Robart’s decision, effective immediately, effective now, puts a halt to President Trump’s unconstitutional and unlawful executive order.”
