Andrea Merlo, born in Treviso in 1982, he’s researcher in the field of science and technology politics in a national research agency, where he is in charge also of intergovernmental negotiations and scientific cooperation; as a consultant, he focuses on issues like geopolitics and geoeconomics of Latin America and Caribbean region, as well as economic intelligence and the overlapping between global politics and science and tech trends.
He got a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy in Padua, and now he’s graduating in Law. Analyst of the Global Committee for the Rule of Law, over the last 15 years he has been activist of the Nonviolent Radical Party.
