Laura Harth

Laura Harth was born in Ghent, Belgium, in 1985. She is the coordinator of the Scientific Council of the Global Committee for the Rule of Law “Marco Pannella” and Representative at the UN of the Nonviolent Radical Party Transnational Transparty (an NGO with General Consultative Status at ECOSOC). After having obtained a Masters in International and European Law at the University of Ghent, an internship at the European Parliament, she worked as parliamentary assistant in the Flemish Parliament, where she was involved in the fields of education, scientific research and international trade, as well as budget control.

Following her parliamentary experience, Laura took up the position of Director Legal and Compliance at Patronale Life NV. She then started a collaboration with NRPTT, working in close contact with Marco Pannella in Italy where she also obtained a European Masters in Human Rights and Democratization at the University of Padua and subsequently a Masters Degree in Political Science at the University of University of Exeter, United Kingdom thanks to which she gained a deeper knowledge in agenda-setting procedures for human rights in international institutions.
