Three days of extraordinary mobilization for the universality of human rights, the right to know and the fight with nonviolence against extermination by hunger, thirst, war and poverty in the world. To launch the initiative is the Nonviolent Radical Party Transnational Transparty convinced that an in-depth debate on these issues is ever urgent. The Convention will take place in the Rome office of the NRPTT from 27 to 29 October in Via di Torre Argentina 76. Political leaders and personalities from twenty different nationalities will participate.
While the whole world is focusing on the terrorist emergency, the alarming phenomenon of mass migration and the nuclear threat posed by North Korea, the Nonviolent Radical Party Transnational Transparty, a non-governmental organization with General Consultive Status at the ECOSOC of the Nations United, wants to draw attention to the mechanisms and structures underlying these emergency situations: the absence of the rule of law, the failure to enforce human rights for all, the lack of coherent actions on issues related to those emergencies, such as the ongoing hunger crisis, which the UN has defined as the worst humanitarian crisis from the end World War II. All this in the face of a lack of information and public debate on these driving forces.
Thirty-six years after the launch of the Appeal signed by Nobel Laureates to stop the extermination by hunger; twenty-eight years after the fall of the Berlin Wall; fourteen years after the wicked invasion of Iraq hunger, poverty, conflict and authoritarian regimes are violently back on the map of the world.
Contrary to what was predicted, economic expansion did not lead to universal implementation of human rights and democratic standards. Instead, it brought about new and improved forms of slavery. Participants in the three-day Convention will debate the fundamental principles of the rule of law in different sessions. Issues include violations of human rights, in particular against minorities, nations without representation and oppressed peoples in the world; justice, freedom of religion or belief, the United States of Europe, the human right to know, and nonviolence as a political tool will also be dealt with.
The Convention will provide an opportunity to recall the crucial forthcoming deadline. By the end of the year 3000 people will join the Nonviolent Radical Party Transnational Transparty or it will be irrevocably closed, as established by the motion adopted in Congress in September 2016. It means pulling the plug on 62 years of history and political struggle for human rights across the world. It means relinquishing the consultative status within the United Nations and thus the right to speak from the platform that the NRPTT has guaranteed to the unrepresented and oppressed people in the world.

CONVENTION DU PARTI RADICAL NONVIOLENT TRANSNATIONAL TRANSPARTI
Trois jours de mobilisation extraordinaire pour l’universalité des droits de l’homme, le droit de savoir et la lutte nonviolente contre l’extermination par faim, soif, guerre et pauvreté dans le monde. A lancer cette initiative c’est le Parti Radical Nonviolent Transnational Transparti, dans la conviction qu’un débat approfondi sur ces questions est très urgent. La Convention aura lieu à Rome du 27 au 29 octobre au siège du Parti Radical en via Via di Torre Argentina 76 et il y aura la participation des personnalités internationales de vingt nationalités différentes.
Lorsque le monde entier se focalise sur la menace terroriste, le phénomène alarmant de l’immigration, le peril nucléaire posé par la Corée du Nord, le PRNTT – organisation non gouvernementale avec statut consultatif général à l’ECOSOC des Nations Unies – veut attirer l’attention sur les mécanismes structurels qui engendrent ces situations d’urgence, notamment l’absence de l’état de droit et de l’application des droits de l’homme pour tous: Manque d’actions cohérentes sur les questions qui sous-tendent ces urgences, telles que la crise alimentaire actuelle, définie par les Nations Unies la pire crise humanitaire depuis la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Tout cela face à un insuffisance d’information et de débat public.
Trente-six ans après le lancement du Manifeste-Appel des Prix Nobel contre l’extermination par faim, vingt-huit ans après la chute du Mur de Berlin, quatorze ans après la catastrophique invasion en Irak, la faim, la pauvreté, les conflits et les regimes autoritaires semblent s’imposer à nouveau.
Contrairement à ce qui était prévu, l’expansion économique n’a pas conduit à l’application universelle des droits de l’homme et des normes démocratiques, mais plutôt à des formes nouvelles et améliorées d’esclavage. Dans ces trois jours de débat, les principes fondamentaux de l’état de droit seront discutés. Les sujets abordès dans les différentes sessions incluent les violations des droits de l’homme, en particulier par les minorités, les nations et les peuples non-représentés et opprimés, la justice, la liberté de religion ou de conviction, les Etats-Unis d’Europe, le droit humain de savoir, et la nonviolence comme outil de lutte politique.
La Convention sera également l’occasion de rappeler la cruciale échéance désormais très proche. En effet, d’ici la fin de l’année le PRNTT doit inscrire au moins 3000 membres, sans lesquels il sera irrévocablement fermé, comme établi par le Congrès en Septembre 2016. Cela signifie fermer 62 ans d’histoire et de lutte politique pour les droits de l’homme partout dans le monde. Cela signifie aussi renoncer au statut consultatif aux Nations Unies, et par conséquent la plateforme que le Parti a garantie pendant des décennies aux peuples non-représenteés et aux individus opprimés.
